This Privacy Policy ("Policy") for the Rico-Perez Products, Inc. website ("Site") contains the privacy policy of Rico-Perez Products, Inc. (collectively, "Rico-Perez Products, Inc." or "we" or “us” or “our”) and each user (“you” or “your” or "user") regarding the information we collect through your use of this Site. 10. Children.         We do not knowingly solicit, store, collect, or use Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through our Site. If you are a parent or a legal guardian who knows or discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her Personal Information or other information without your consent or authorization, then upon written request directed to our attention at 2295 Coral Way, Miami, Florida 33145, we will: (1) provide direct notice to you indicating what, if any, Personal Information of your child has been collected and how it has been used/disclosed, (2) remove your child’s Personal Information or other information from our database (if we still have the information in our databases), and/or (3) cease the use of such information. Further, consistent with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will not collect, use or disclose Personal Information from children to anyone outside of us, other than vendors or third party service providers who perform support for the internal operations of this Site or online service (as those terms are defined in COPPA) as set forth in paragraphs 4. and 5. of the Policy.

11. At risk.         We employ appropriate security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. However, as no on-line data transmission can be guaranteed to be totally secure, we cannot warrant or guaranty 100% security of any information you transmit to our Site.

12. California Privacy Rights.         We do not currently provide your Personal Information to to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Nevertheless, California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our Site visitors who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.

13. Do Not Track.        Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked.
